Are there actually a large number of people who hate this man? For some reason, I feel as though everyone (including me) loves him. The only actual recent criticism of him is that he's in the love triangle between him, Rogue, and Magneto, and even then, it's more about the execution of the story than anything really against him. I know some people here love to be contrarian, so convince me; how is he not Marvel's most well-executed character?

I hate him.Nobody even cares about Gambit outside of Rogue, she utterly overshadows him. He's like Rogue jr. Even now nobody in this thread can talk about Gambit without mentioning Rogue.
