I don't know why it always happens. One minute, there is a thread. Thread ends up dying to page 4 or so. The next thing you know, Image Dump Fag bumps the thread with the same pics over and over again, most of the time barely had anything to do with the topic of the thread and are mostly /a/ and /v/ memes straight from Imgur with botted filenames. Seriously, CAN MODS DO ANYTHING RIGHT ON /CO/?!?!?!?!
