They could always do another film reboot under a different crew, but then they'd have to get new actors, new designs, new stories...I think about how Paramount's Smurfs did relative to the success of the live-action films. Now, you run a not-zero percent risk of coming out with a whole A&C movie, then having the trailers get flaggedIt doesn't help that there's also now this balance between wanting to keep them "classic" by having them only do more "mature" songs and going all in by having them sing modern songs and twerking or whatever.
