He's launching many many attacks that easily destroy cities and tear up mountains (still pretty good), kind of like a MIRV that launches a bunch of smaller nukes to cover a larger area with precision than one large multi-megaton nuke would. Meanwhile his final attack does not land before he's time traveled away so we're not really sure how strong it is. He could probably get really good with scaling though, meanwhile Deathwing's scaling has probably gotten relatively worse over time since they expanded on the Titanic Keepers and other stuff.Deathwing in a base state is able to fuck up mountains even 10000 years ago if I recall from the War of the Ancients and he also doubles as a sorcerer and could tango with the other aspects who all scale to him (and he has access to a lot of magic and is a capable sorcerer on that front if I recall). The Cataclysm is pretty good as a feat but it's unclear how long it took him to perform it, but it wasn't done under strain. Based on the End Time dungeon it's hard to tell how badly he would've destroyed the world in its entirety at the end of the expansion but it was at the very least life wiping, to the point where glaciers were just gone from the north of the world and replaced with a charred wasteland- the actual attack being performed basically at the center of the world.
