Anytime Duke and Cobra Commander are on screen together I feel like the energy of this comic goes into overdrive

The first confrontation is awesome, this current arc is stupendous

the art's been pretty good too

I like that Cobra La and the 1987 movie are finally getting the recognition they deserve. The generic title makes this series very hard to pirate though.

I'm hoping we get to the Baroness joining Cobra eventually, but this is a fun ride while it lasts. While he's still technically human, I'm amazed at how far they've gone with Cobra Commander's disfigurement.

Confused by how they seem to be crediting the book's artist for the Road Pig design when it's basically just the Classified figure of him.

Turning Powerglide's girlfriend into a villain just doesn't sit right with me even if she is hot.

With the number of guys working in comics these days who love wrestling, you just know they'd draw the hell out of Sgt Slaughter fighting Nemesis Enforcer or Serpentor like in the cartoon.

Yeah i honestly thought it was meh at first but it turned out to be pretty fun, i guess it kind of comes off like somr sort of Shield or even Checkmate comic without superheroes sometimes.

nah. literally every other gi joe has that set up of baronness in cobra. the switcheroo is working, changing it just so it can be more like the other continuities (or god forbid, calling it 'canon') would be a mistake.

I'm a little confused on how Public the transformers are, a lot of the military guys still act like the existence of them is pretty much hush hush meanwhile the transformers book has them fight in full on cities
