So basically, the core message is that if you’re a demon, regardless of how you became one of how any other traits you have, theres no chance for you and no way to save yourself, since you’re inherently evil (even though a character like jinu shows that that isn’t the case). The acceptance message doesn’t work since shes still accepting something thats complete evil based on the film. Shes getting over an insecurity that she herself rejects in all those other demons. Again, the world building is complete ass so the themes of redemption are kind of fucked

Considering that Rumi's patterns became common knowledge among them and only Jinu started entertaining the idea, they are either gaslit into thinking there's no escape, are satisfied or uncaring about changing their status or all the ones that did or would want to try in spite of everything were dealt with before they could do anything, because it would spread the possibility of escape or Gwi Ma losing dominion.
Also, considering demons end up poofed but appear back in the Demon Realm, they don't permanently die in normal circumstances, which would explain why there would still be demons and the main way of dealing with them is sealing, not outright killing.
Overall, there's some implicit mechanics that point to a conclusion, but no hard amounts of lore.
