A world that starts off bright and hopeful with a Golden Age composed of the Incredibles supers, Jonas Venture, Mecha Man Prime, and original heroes of Watchmen only for it to fall. It sounds like a world where the banning of superheroes caused by Watchmen/the Incredibles leaves a power vacuum allowing companies like SDN, Veidt, and Vought to privatize heroism leading to a mass decay in what it even means to be a hero. By the time The Incredibles and Ozy manage to unban supers, the damage will be done. The only heroes left will be the supes and the lunatics of The Tick and VB. In this kind of world, Metro Man will be like a final cruel joke. One last Golden Age hero seeming to usher in a second wave, only to die horribly. Sealing the Earth’s fate to be a world of mediocrity and corruption.
