I'm not sure you can really compare Finn to the others since Annie, Luz, Dipper and Steven are pretty normal morally good people. Charlie is not only the literal princess of hell but also the daughter of the living embodiment of Pride so even though she wants to be nice she's basically incompatible with standard human morality unless maybe you're catholic/orthodox Christian. Finn is kind of strange if you had to just him on like a moral or empathy quotient score. He's kind of insane and definitely has some kind of mental illness but this basically never gets brought up or addressed since Ooo is an insane place to live. He's likeable and a good protagonist though.
