>>151817838Well host club is a parody of an establish genre, otome reverse harem games, so it's kinda hard to give a one to one genre since the western market is kinda fucking stupid and to incompetent to actually understand target audiences at all.Something like Cherry Poptart could count since it's a parody of archie/romance comics but it goes way bast Ouran's tone into straight up porn.Maybe something more like Raw Latex or PoGonYuTo could fit better but those are anime parodies.Venture Brothers, Futurama, The Tick perhaps?
