is he still a jew from auschwitz in modern comics? if os, he must be like 120 years old
>>
>>151823168
He's been de-aged several times
>>
>>151823168
Is anyone in modern comics still tied to the period they debuted?

you can move the times when the characters were born but you really can't move historical facts

I love that Redditors always wank off the stuff of him brutalizing Red Skull when their first meeting had Schmidt point out he was no better then him since he was just as much a genocidal supremacist and if you think about it Magneto has killed way more people then he has. Magento should be bullied more by other Marvel Villains honestly especially ones that make him look like a chump in the grand scheme of things.

Truly a villain for our times

Captain America

I can't even imagine a version of Captain America who wasn't born and of the WW2 era. It'd just fundamentally not be the same character at all cause of how much that is engrained and ties into nearly every important detail of his characterisation.

You must follow Reb Brown's filmography.

doesn't matter now
just like the real ones, they still use the same argument for their motivatiion

It suck that at a certain point WW2 will be so far back that his backstory will no longer mean much anymore
>Captain America? He's from some war from centuries ago

It would pretty cool if at a certain point Captain America is basically this mythical figure in American myth. Like an AU where he's brought back in the year 3,000 or something and WW2 has this ancient significance to America the way Rome does to the West at large.
It'd be pretty funny to see Steve treated the same way people see Thor, like there's a very significant chunk of the population who were genuinely convinced Captain America was just some PR stunt the US made up in response of all the wacky advanced(for the time) stuff Marvel's Nazis had at their disposal.

I think they do that in the 2099 comics. They've got entire cults that worship the old superheroes like Thor and the Incredible Hulk.
