They fumbled her cartoon badly, but that's what happens when you don't hire a proper writer to write a proper book that makes sense. Even in-world the logic for the treasure trees is lacking badly.
Space fantasy is a great genre and I bet the Super Mario Galaxy movie will suck ass and you won't even realize you're space like in the video game.

There's too many ideas in here which don't connect well. You got your minions but that's all you get because the other characters who can talk suck ass at being characters of their own and in some cases are more terrible than the walking 1 dimensional personality "rabbits" which look nothing like rabbits.
Then you got your treasure trees where apparently black ones can't defend from "The Big Bad" really retards? but the angry red ones and blue sad ones apparently can with no real difference between the trees other than color and off screen bullshit like apparently black ones can give vision and acid potions which only get used on screen once.

And finally the interesting idea of having a character go through a color wheel of emotions to spawn said trees, but the retards stop it at emotion rather than personality. The emotion wheel does not really change the personality which would have been infinitely more interesting to have a real 3 or 4 dimensional character that changes every episode and not in a redundant gimmicky predictable manner like most episodes with the cowardly character doing drugs and suddenly becoming angry, evil and brave do.

Wasted ideas on a dogshit execution that makes the Loud House's 1st season look well written.
