Because I was playing Batman Arkham City. What if Ra's al Ghul just can't take revive himself back to life and he decides to leave everything to Batman / Bruce Wayne in his last will mainly the League of Assassins and his daughters for Batman to reshape in whatever way he wished or they're going to just go off in several different types of actions and go crazy and murderly. Batman reluctantly takes the position with a few caveats everyone has to take orders and new rules appointed by him and his Lieutenant /Wives(Ra's al Ghul daughters,Catwoman, maybe some not exactly Batman female Heroes and maybe some bat-man female supervillains or Lieutenant/sidekicks( The Robin's boys.) or Both( the Batgirls) to defend Gotham City and The Wider world.
