Not that it matters because the series is full of nonsensical things that only happen for plot reasons, but: game time should be slower, not faster, than system time. We already know that "normal" system time is sped up compared to real-world time from the units of time everyone uses in dialogue. Time within a game should be slowed down so the user can react to the computer characters' actions properly. If game time was sped up, or even just equal to system time, you'd be playing against enemies with super speed.
