>>151880646I’ve thought about it, and the only thing that might make any sense is that they pulled this Shredder from after #10 but before RTNY.Even then, the trash talk makes very little sense. Shredder beat Leo in Leonardo #1 quite easily because he had already been at it for hours and was near exhaustion. Not because he “protected himself”. And it makes even less sense factoring in how Leo kicked his ass in #1, obviously. Mirage Turtles killed Shredder in issue 1 before he knew they had a rat sensei and before he had time to do anything to prove 'he was worse'.
