But "not fully animated" could mean anything from 99% done with some cleanup needed to still being sketched and/or concept boarded. Though I imagine that it is more likely closer to complete than incomplete since otherwise it would be massively premature to release only these two minutes and make people wait potentially months out instead of striking when the irony is hot.
