This year is really where things got interesting, both in these threads and in the syndicated world. From Lena shills to GoComics getting a refresh of their site (which also has a side effect of paywalls and ink errors) to the whole 4chan outage that lasted 11 days. Some comics, even the web kind that got published on papers, saw some changes, and there had been some purges (never forget the fact Wannabe got purged out of GoComics and then King Features rescued it). We lost Hy Eisman, responsible for working on Popeye for many years, comics like Peanuts and Beatle Bailey celebrated major anniversary milestones and next year we might be seeing a major resurgence of the funnies. And of course, there's me, who never misses a deadline, but unfortunately had to move out of one state to another, but recently returned to the state I reside on since the very beginning of these threads, only for the holidays. >>151909829Bonus fitting Argyle Sweater from earlier in the year.
