I once joined a reanimated and put my entire soul into my scene, and then when the final thing released it was 90% mspaint-tier meme reference garbage. So I stopped after that.

This projects are lazy for sure but I don't know how you expect to place strict rules in what's essentially a big shitpost.

For every beautifully done, faithful to the source while still showcasing the contributor's artistry scene, there are at least four baby's first animation with a healthy dose of "lol what if it was Undertale characters" for good measure. I understand "X Reanimated" videos are inconsequential passion projects done for fun, but if I wanted to watch a newbie animator fumble their way through their first cartoon I'd go to the Flash Portal on Newgrounds.
