Anyone a fan of those old serialized Nintendo Power comics? The Mario one is very funny, the Star Fox one is shockingly good and the ending to the Zelda comic is the first thing I ever remember reading that produced melancholy feels in me. Also feel free to discuss Nester

Fox is portrayed as a total hothead and always losing his shit on his teammates.The Super Metroid one starts off promising but had to be cut very short. The climactic battle between Samus and Mother Brian lasts all of one page while Ridley slinks off. Also Samus is an annoying 90s Strong Female Character who claims she doesn't NEED any help then wanders immediately into a booby trap.
