Can soft canonize some of the marston stuff This also allows for Diana to be more human as she would be raised in mans world nad have to fight other amazons to earn the right to be WW. Can cut out a ton of the problems of WW's origin and pay tribute to the OG WW without being beholden to it.

Espescially the steve trevor relatioship and candy etna friendship.WW being named Diana after Hippolyta's pseudonym works. Diana being born in mans world and having mid tier strength making her a slightly weaker golden age Superman and heroine in her own right works. Her EARNING the WW costume and being the new WW would be more impactful and sidesteps a lot of the messy origin that no one really likes.
