Why did the hype die out?
>>151931876Newest series was limited officially to Bong TV and so didn't have the international pull it had as shorts. Then when they did make it internationally available they took down all the international uploads of the episodes costing them attention.
>>151931876>>151931894On top of this, I think Welcome to Night Vale, SCP, and other 'creepy but kid-friendly' games like FNAF and whatever the fuck else ate its lunch since the series took so long to get to -- that's death for a fast-moving social media site like Tumblr, where I saw the most DHMIS stuffi remember when Clock and Notepad won a contest back in, what, 2014? 2016? In KrakenconEven Night Vale fell off, though SF is getting a live podcast reading, so it can't have fallen off that much.Pic not related.
>>151931876>makes one season of television>its good>show creators move onwhat do you want from me anon
>>151931876It had its time.
>>151931876They already got the message across and changed society. The whole point was that creativity is bad and MMORPGs are also bad, that's why MMOs are dead and Hollywood is nothing but reboots. Good job DHMIS.
>>151931876The shorts are still iconic and popular and the tv show gave me some of the best reaction images ever soI'd say it's just dorment until next season coming out sometime before 2030... or maybe it just died for reals.
Because, OP, the original short was special and unique. If you make more, they're not. Also, the original was simple in concept. If you expand upon it, you either keep it simple, in which case it's more of the same, or you expand the concept, in which case you remove what made it interesting.Plus the whole point of the original was a twist on puppets media for children. You can't make a second part and expect the same twist to work again.
>>151933036The original short os the weakest one 4, 5 and 6 are by favourites!
