I'm gonna guess that this'll be basically Everyone Loves Ivy, but instead of her dosing everyone's food to form a hivemind through the green, in the Absolute version it's pure body horror and she has a network of plant tentacles that physically jack into plants, animals and people and assimilate them. The thing here is that Ivy isn't ivy. We already saw her on the Ark. She's not a single monster body she's an entire parasitic, infection ecosystem. Like Necromorphs or the Flood from Halo, but with more plants. Like fpbp said, this is just some small avatar of larger entity.

I think a genuine hard entirely different universe was really what was needed to help people get into comics again. At least until they fuck it up and bring in the mainline. And now that they're corssing over more and more I wonder how things are going to go.

I already know the concept is "what if we took existing villains and made everything XTREEM??!?". It just seems so funny to me. The marvel alternate universe with peter dying seems milquetoast and campy compared to terrorist billionaire playboy joker.
