I actually enjoyed the Wanda books at first but for such a magic entered character it reads more like if Super sayajin 3 Goku was on Namek rather then magicians trying to beat odds whos power is overwhelming. Make Wandas power fail every 2 pages if you have to just force her to actually consider clever tactics against her enemies instead of her enemies being the ones forced to scheme around her overwhelming power only for her to win by overpowering again.
