Nickelodeon, together with Nick Jr., MTV, Comedy Central, MTV , MTV Live and Paramount Network are all ending their cable network services in favor of streaming here in Brazil.

They went off air in the middle of a Sponge Bob episode and their content is now only available trough streaming.

I love after decades (almost 3) of support they do not even care enough to give viewers real closure
No forewarning, no closing goodbye message or thank you, not even the decency to just let the show finish airing then shut it down after credits. They started an episode and aborted after about 10 seconds in something that feels like a shitty creepypasta setup
And it is not the first time (they infamously did this when Japan shut down), they just really do not care for the programs or viewers

I don't believe this to be the case with Japan. After all, Japanese Disney XD viewers got a very nonmemorable closure and it shows. Most likely Nickelodeon jp staff weren't notified ahead of time or something else happened.
