Noone bitched about these shows back in the day despite their stylistic ugliness. Beanmouth made zoomers too squeamish.
As a kid, I avoided EEnE because it looked gross. Then a friend talked about it a bit, I gave it a shot the next time it came on, and I liked it.Nobody talks about Fixed in a way that makes me want to give it a shot.
In all fairness Fixeds artstyle looks a tad lackluster compared to the four depicted, like it doesn’t have much of an identity of its own.

>>151944847>>151944873Desu I think EEnE and Ren and Stimpy are basically from the same camp of "Twisted Warner Bros", EEnE really wearing the slapstick influence on its sleeve. They're both appealing even if they are "ugly". Flapjack feels like it's just unsettling enough under an otherwise whimsical style to give you a general sense of unease, it's pretty neat. Zim meanwhile is basically its own thing entirely where it's basically hardcore goth meeting the 90s grossout style. I don't think any of them are truly ugly.
