Gonna sound cliche here, but it really has to be The Prince of Egypt. It simply is the best film that they made. Everything about it is huge. My second choice would be Shrek and Antz (yeah, really being original with these opinions).

POE is an objectively good movie. I'm an atheist, but I still listen to The Plagues and Deliver Us. It's beautiful to look at, and the performances are excellent (with the exception of Val Kilmer...)
