Luz is a Mary Sue getting a power-up out of nowhere at the last minute of the finale episode without any buildup whatsoever. The Owl House world (((building))), if you even want to call it that, is garbage. Shithex is literally just a Harry Potter/Little Witch Academia ripoff school, and season 1 spends too much on this garbage school that doesn't go anywhere. None of the students that Luz spends time with even matter in the end. Owl House season 3 is straight-up irredeemable garbage. The Owl House finale is also shit. The collector loses to a no-talk-jutsu Steven Universe style and gets away scot-free despite being solely responsible for the bad things that happen in the show.
