That run where she enters another dimension and that Jubilee is some god tier character because she can make anything explode, so she just makes people's blood vessels explode so they die like that, doesn't matter how powerful they are. Though the entire point of the run was to make 'prime' Jubilee go 'No I don't want to be that powerful, fuck Emma Stone (not like that even tho Emma wanted to)' and then she gets Phoenix Raped so she can actually be more than a firework throwing retard (so basically the same as when they made her a vampire so she could do something).

Anyway, answer is 'yes' but also 'no'. If the writer wants Cyclops to produce a beam able to pierce dimensions and kill gods and shit, they will. They'll also at some point write him being unable to break glass or some other shit because reasons.
