>It was Ben 10 before Ben 10.
How do you figure that? Max and Ben couldn't be more opposite.

bump
>>
>>151970394
Did they ever do an HD update of this series?
>>
>>151970394
I'm a fan
Though I think the ben 10 connection is not strong outside of boys action show
Feel there could be stronger shows connected to either of them
>>
Way better than it had any right to be.
>>
>>151971288
No, and that's a good thing
>>
>>151970577
Both are action cartoons with a boy fighting aliens/supernatural stuff, but yeah the connection is mostly just that it's a boys action cartoon. I think the kids who grew up with Ben 10 see it how older people look back on Mighty Max from their childhood. It's the closest thing in that niche for their generation.

This is the part where I would tell you to shut up, Boco. But in truth, you are 100% right, though you're not even doing it true justice.
The series was literally just a toy commercial, it could just have been a cash grab designed to showcase the toys and fail spectacularly. But instead of simply lampshading them or wearing them like an iron ball, the series actually incorporated the toys' premises into the plot and adapted them in a fun and unexpected way (especially the episodes based on pre-animated series sets).
The series even had an actual body count, with at least one minor character dying in every cold opening.
Finally, the voice casting was supreme. Rob Paulsen could be hit or miss sometimes, but Tim Curry and Tony Jay absolutely stole the show (as usual).

It even had a few waifus for all audiences, ranging from MILFs and furries to, well, even lolis.

I like the style, but I can never get a read on what this series actually is.
>>
This is literally the only other time I've ever heard of mighty max, I didn't even knew it had a cartoon, (I thought it was just toys.
>>
>>151972173
Did it at least get a dvd release?
>>
>>151973088
Sadly no. Officially anyway. I think some people sell recorded episodes on discs.
>>
>>151973182
damn

I was hopping it got lucky like Pirates of Dark Water and managed to get on a streaming service that at least looked clean
>>
>>151973088
I think it was release only in some VHS tapes and it was only for some episodes from the first season.
>>
>>151973262

You also got a VHS included with that crappy game.
>>
>>151972454
The guests included Brad Garrett, David Warner, Ron Perlman, and JoBeth Williams.

And Norman was Brock Samson before Brock Samson.

Their must be some masters sitting in an archive somewhere.
>>
Max's Mom
>>
>>151975149
Getting the masters for these feels like it would be a monkey's paw kind of wish
>>
>>151975284
>Max's Mom

>>
>>151975481
