Does anyone remember a series of live-action finger puppet theater shorts that played during commercials either on Disney Channel or Cartoon Network? Every episode is themed after something different and they'd use a lot of creative arts and crafts to convey the subject matter. Its title was something along the lines of "Tu-Se-Koi" or "Tu-Sek-Wa". Can't tell if it's lost media or if I'm just constantly spelling its title wrong because I can't find it anywhere.Pic-related is not it, but just as a reference.
