I remember most of the songs were kinda bad, and only "El Dorado" really stood out. I think they wrote that song first, and everything else was filler. It definitely felt like the songs were stuffed in for the sake of making it a musical.

Half the reason Chel is so memorable is that the rest of the movie IS pretty forgettable. It's kind of a bog standard "two bad men learn to be better" sort of plot. It's got a sportsball insert in it. The villain isn't even the real final boss because he gets defeated with 1/3 of the movie left to go. The songs, as mentioned, don't stand out.In terms of what REALLY pops from the movie it's basically Chel and that's it. She's a 10/10 waifu stuck in a 6/10 film.
