I haven't seen anyone use him since The Terrifics ended. Maybe he's shown up in something Titans related but I don't follow it. There was also Plastic Man No More, but he never suited up in that so I don't count it.
I was just in a book store earlier today and I saw that DC has come out with a complete collection of The Terrifics. I already have the trades, but I was pleasantly surprised to see it.

Everything I see online labels it as just a trade paperback, but at 30 or so issues it was as thick as a small compendium. Also it has apparently been out since the end of July but this was the first time I has seen it anywhere.
