They did have a bunch of guest stars this season. They had Silly Samuel, Mr. Frog's dad, Brian O'Halloran and Dave Willis as Blart. There's probably others I don't remember too. On the other hand, I don't remember Lyle or Chris doing any voice work this season.

A complete unprofessional who started taking his career for granted, showing up to work drunk (the few times he WOULD show up), became disruptive around the office instead of simply stepping down to just doing voices if he was no longer interested in writing for the series, and couldn't even be bothered to do the bare minimum for press like attending any of the virtual Comic-Con panels Harmon and the rest of the cast regulars would attend. The domestic violence charges may have been dropped, but everyone saw an opportunity to finally get rid of him. His open desire to fuck high schoolers also didn't help with his image. It sucks that things turned out this way, but Roiland himself let this happen. No need to feel sorry for the guy, especially when he's still getting paid handsome royalties.
