Regardless, I doubt the creator of this channel actually intended any sort of commentary on mental illness in media or whatever, they're just drawing off the stereotypical annoying middle school weeb that never knew when to shut the fuck up with the Invader Zim quotes. Problem is, they've also introduced depth to her character as well - by making her react negatively to being ignored, now the story has narrative, instead of just being "annoying self-insert character is annoying", and with a narrative comes people who care about the character and want to see her story play out in a happy (or at least not depressing) way. It's not so much a soapbox about how people with autism or ADHD or whatever deal with normal people so much as a more broad scale "everyone has feelings, even annoying people" plot, and right now it seems like the core takeaway the story is giving us is that if you're annoying, people are just going to ignore you and not tell you directly even if it's clear their apathy hurts you. Which, while depressingly true, isn't much fun to watch.
