That's something I can always appreciate about the 2000s direct-to-DVD sequels. The story might not be up to par, but you could always tell the artists tried their best to make something that fit the 'Disney Brand.'

Plus this film doesn't devolve with dark moments like the original, that turned off a few.Only thing people there for Dixie because Reba voices her.

Not a sequel (technically it got a sequel TV series that was a bit tamer but not especially bad) but definitely a "wtf were they thinking".They made special note that they were getting rid of the sexism and racism of the original when making it.
