Legitimately kind of chill when he's not trying to take over our dimension.
He's not some monstrous tyrant to his own people, at least. Clea lived pretty nice and freely until she stood up against him. Sure, he's the ruler of the Dark Dimension and his subjects are the Mindless Ones, but that doesn't make him a bad guy.
