I've realized one of the reasons Ragatha is a psychopath. Having not only a cartoon body, but a ragdoll one made of cloth, means that injuries aren't a deterrent to her. When she's impaled or dismembered it causes her alarm, but no actual pain. She can manipulate and gaslight as much as she wants with no fear of reprisal. Jax still tries to violently retaliate against her when he can, but this is the just the desperate/reflexive attempt by an abuse victim to make it stop.I think the show's endgame is going to involve finding a way to permanently and meaningfully harm Ragatha. Jax is going to break out of his funk, find a purpose and be redeemed in everyone's eyes by leading the efforts. They might even be able to bring Ribbit and Kaufmo back to have OGs in the ARC (Anti-Ragdoll Coalition). This is the best possible ending TADC could have.
