It's okay when they're just Step-Siblings... Right?
Dolly my beloved

Notice how every single canon thing that comes out of this show features either Dylan or Dolly staring at the other?
I've seen a lot of threads popping out for this show recently, is it good?
>>152062835didn't we have someone ask that last time aswell? anyway, yes I think it's a good show. at least good enough to warrant watching all the episodes once. it's only got a single season anyhow.
>>152063954Sadly, this show had a lot of potential.
>>152064884Though honestly, the story was pretty much set up to end after one season. The entire premise of Hunter was to build up for Cruella's eventual return, the hints were all spread through the season, and the big pay off all happened within the last two episodes, with Cruella gone, what even is there left to tell?Besides, the development of Dylan and Dolly from bickering siblings to soulmates had a perfect linear progression
>>152064884at least it got to finish its arc.I'm also a fan of Cleopatra In Space (maybe moreso than 101DS), and it only got to turn 5/6ths of the comic it was based off into story, ending on a cliffhanger, and will never get more episodes eitherand I like disney's Sisu, whose movie wasnt the greatest success so chances are she'll never get another one, probably no series ever... why does this always happen to me?>>152065580could invent a new villain, and otherwise i think having more of their regular adventures would be fun too. it's not like people only watched for De Vil episodes. Loud House doesnt need an overarching villain plot either.
>>152065689>Loud House doesnt need an overarching villain plot eitherTrue, but 101DS still had a more linear story progression, a more wacky, slice-of-life season could work, but I struggle to think of a better villain than Cruella for an overarching plot.
>>152065832though the story didn't really matter much outside of those episodes.honestly Cruella would've been fit for a later season, could've had maybe 1 or 2 seasons with her goons like Hunter, before she decides to step in herself
>>152060874If you keep making these threads, you've forced me to watch the show...
>>152060874Sure, sure. But even if they were blood siblings, it's ok. Got to keep the bloodline pure, after all. You can't concieve the MASSIVE amounts and DECADES of incest that took place for us to have all these different and distinct individual breeds of dog? Man, all these purebreds should have country accents be playing banjos.
>>152066065see >>152063954
>>152066111In fact, Dalmatians irl have an absurdly high inbreeding coefficient, the breed is basically screwed due to how much incest happens between them.I'm afraid to think of the logistics of 101 unspayed, unneutered dogs trapped in a single house without any human supervision whatsoever.
>>152067026To add to that, dogs that are left with their littermates for too long can develop "Littermate Syndrome", where they literally become emmeshed and suffer intense separation anxiety and even violent behavior when separated. And justing by their behavior in the actual show, Dylan and Dolly fit the bill just right.
