hard to say if he's really a full believer, but he definitely at least has a vague monotheism. he knows about the hand at the beginning of time.

Depends on the version. But generally he's either vaguely gnostic/not super specific denomination or agnostic. God is very undeniably real in the dcu with spectre existing and all.
