Is the Watters run any good? /co/ stopped talking about it when Taylor left.
>>152071332It's pretty mediocre. The voice that Watters gives to Nightwing is MUCH better than Taylor's, but Zanny's storyline is taking too long to conclude, more than a year. Perhaps the best thing about this run is that Watters got rid of Melinda... but created Brian, so we traded something bad for something just as bad. This run is doomed to cancellation or a relaunch with a new team in 2026. Nobody cares about this comic, even in the forums dedicated to Nightwing nobody talks about this run, and now with the new artist "a legend in the industry," it will probably fall out of the TOP 100.
>>152071332It’s funny, in some cases when something good-enough comes after something terrible it will get a lot of love simply for existing. But in the case of Taylor’s nightwing it was so horrid that nobody cares about the character now so watters while being probably the best nightwing run in years (not saying much) is bogged down by that dogshit.I really liked his dark patterns series though.
