>>152081284Sometimes they do. Look at Tetsuya Nomura from Disney's Kingdom Hearts series. The characters don't really look like Asians but for Kingdom Hearts 4's CG trailer inexplicably the characters have gone Asian. I honestly hate it because for TWENTY years these characters did not look Asian. Sora is the most insulting example since brown hair and blue eyes is a European combo of genetics. For crying out loud even Squall from FF8 which Nomura also designed with blue eyes and brown hair is based on a white European model. But now randomly Nomura has gone on a semi Asian pride routine which is damaging his once charming character designs for already established characters.That's the thing he's making these changes for already pre-existent characters. To hell with him for that.

Central Asians (who still "look Chinese" to westerners) come in a variety of hair colours, hair textures, and eye colours. We're the kaleidoscope Asians. And yes, brown and blue happens.
