What comics have you enjoyed so far this year? Are there any you're looking forward to?
Of the comics that were coming out this past year, I thought Batman: Dark Patterns was solid. It's flawed, but still enjoyable. I'm hoping Watters continues to improve and is given or comes up with projects that really bring out his strengths.I like the art of Absolute Martian Manhunter, but not the writing. I appreciate that it did something a little different than usual, but I didn't find it too satisfying.

>Are there any you're looking forward to?I'm looking forward to a couple European comics.One is Cat Cafe by Linnea Sterte, which I believe is already being released in France. Another is Terre ou lune (Earth or Moon) by Jade Khoo.Also interested to check out whatever creators like Olivier Schrauwen, Joris Mertens, Léa Murawiec, and Bhanu Pratap come out with in the future.

Been catching up on Absolute. Really liked how the last issue of Superman was.
