The idea of demons being cute cartoons feels derivative of Christmas Critters from South Park and the episode of Doctor Who with the evil rubberhose cartoon but it is still a concept I'd like to see explored. I feel the monsters not being scary yet doing scary shit is scarier than a scary monster being scary.
