She was. For many reasons.Mainly, she cheated on someone when fucking Redcorn. He, on the other hand, was cheating on no one.

While John was mainly some asshole who tried to justify everything by using victimhood. In the end he doesn’t really give a shit about heritage or anything like that he is just using it as a mask. He only cares about Joseph because he’s having a midlife crisis and realizes that when he dies no one is going to give a shit.

Both people were involved in the affair and kept it going. However Nancy decided to raise The affair baby. You could make the argument that John did some backseat parenting but when a kid looks at you like your just some guy that comes by the house that in my book is the worse person.
It's close but I lean ever so slightly toward Nancy because she tried to keep things going with John at one point while he refused since Dale had been a true friend to him. Sure the guy had been fucking around prior but its more in the sense he had more loyalty to someone he viewed as a friend than that guy's own wife.

Flr Nancy it is a cold turkey stop which is when she pushes. Later when Nancy finally starts to like Dale, and John is doing well in the kid entertainment market he is the one hitting on Nancy. It's ultimately Dale he reunites John with his ex stripper that stop it, well at least until the reboot. Still not sure what was going on there.

John Redcorn would whine about how he "never saw his son", but not only did he let Dale go through the exhausting newborn/toddler years while he kept partying, but even his attempts to connect with Joseph are all centered around what John Redcorn wants, not what Joseph wants. He wanted to have a son, but he didn't actually want to be Joseph's father, he just wanted something he could use to justify his days of shitty freewheeling excess to his own guilty conscience while masking it as a need to "pass on his people's legacy".
