I notice their sails have no obvious colors or designs other than the white stripe around the top of the hull, they're remarkably plain, they're not signaling where they're from... when you go back to the Plodman's ship, his has a giant "P" on it. And from what memory serves me, Crescians in general like to go over the top with their designs when they can, in just about everything. But this ship is plain as can be. So... Ulestrians, who didn't wait for a Crescian naval escort?
