when does it get good
>>152149460It's a 30 year old children's cartoonIt was never good, just powered by nostalgia
Right off the bat, but you can't be a greasy 4chins nihilist. If you are, go watch some dragon balls
>>152149733> If you are, go watch some dragon balls
>>152149509Stop drinking onions
From the start. It covers basically every good comic storyline. No season long build up to shit, just action.
>>152149460>>152149509I watched for the first time three years ago and it was great, despite its flaws. Fuck you.
>>152149509The spiderman series was good
>>152149933It wasn't, Spider-Man wasn't even allowed to punch because some faggot soccer mom thought that would be too violent.
>>152149961Meme opinion.
>>152149878>>152149933Bad animation, childish writing.WB animation ran circles around Marvel in the 90s.
>>152150167Wrong
>>152150167It's not an opinion, it's a fact. You can't tell the difference because you're a faggot, and not the meme kind. The kind that sucks dick by choice.
>>152150195>immediate anger'Says it all. Go back to getting your opinions from social media.
>>152150238You're conjuring elaborate fantasies about strangers because you're angry that they're right and you're wrong. You do this because you're unintelligent.
>>152150249>still responding with impotent insults mixed with projectionJust stop. You have nothing to prove and you're embarrassing yourself.
>>152150271Stop defending your errors
>>152150271>feminine appeals to a crowd for moral supportEverything is exactly as I've said, and you can't help but demonstrate.
>>152150274>>152150284Nothing that I've said is wrong. You just keep lashing out because your feelings were hurt.
>>152150310You were wrong when you stated a documented fact was opinion, which you did out of either ignorance or being ESL. Upon correction, you became angry and embarrassed, and began lashing out, looking to an imaginary crowd to rescue you from your own stupidity, projecting your tantrum onto others, and so on. I describe reality, you become upset. That pattern has defined this conversation. I suspect it has defined your entire life.
>>152150337All this over an innocuous reply. Grow a pair.
>>152150359"All this" in reference to a series of seconds long replies on a discussion website. "Innocuous reply" in reference to being simply wrong and refusing to accept it. The longhoused attempt at an insult, recompense for the shame you feel at being wrong in public, and probably the source of your limp wristed appeals to a crowd. Like a Rembrandt.
>>152150378Next time I won't say "meme opinion", I'll just call you a faggot instead.
>>152150404So you've resolved to be incorrect in a different way, already aware that there will be a next time. For you the idea of simply not being wrong seems inconceivable, like suggesting the sun stop rising. "Of course I'll be wrong and obnoxious and of course I'll project my failures onto others...but THIS way instead!"What a life.
>>152150417Good
get a room
>>152149460during 1991-1999.
>>152150426I'm sure you'd like that faggot
>>152150417You must be really pathetic to waste 30 minutes of your morning to filling the thread with off-topic verbose ramblings against a stranger.
>>152150455Being correct is never pathetic. The attitude that it could be is what allows 4chan, and the world, to fill up with mental niggers like yourself.
>>152150505>Being correct is never pathetic.>Over a 30 year old kids cartoonLmao
>>152150516Right is right. Wrong is wrong. This after the fact flailing around is unbecoming, even for a retard like yourself.
>>152150577If I knew beforehand that you were this sensitive, I wouldn't have said anything at all. How does it feel knowing that I ran your life for the past hour?
Spiderman series was good
>>152150774It feels sad to know that there exists a person so flat and unaccomplished that they view me briefly calling them a retard in various ways to be "running life". What a dim view of life that shows. No wonder you're wrong and loud about it.
>>152149961And I promise you as a kid you didn't even fucking notice.
>>152151130I noticed that they kept recycling the animation of the shoulder check.
>>152151041It's silly that you have to fantasize about my life being shit to feel better just because I took some jabs at you. Why are you still here?
>>152151252>fantasizeEverything I say is based on what you have said and done right here in front of me. Fantasize is what your Mother does when she imagines having a son she isn't ashamed of. I'm simply documenting.
>>152151269>Everything I say is based on what you have said and done right here in front of me.That's retarded. You know nothing about me beyond the words on screen, and I haven't "done" anything. Your overcompensating.
>>152151340>You know nothing about me beyond the words on screenAnd those words tell a story. It's a story about a man with some sort of TBI, or perhaps he was simply born low IQ. Maybe he's black? Whatever the case, he's a man who's wrong often enough to have developed a strange trauma response to being corrected, throwing a tantrum over it for an entire day. Some people can read War and Peace and come away thinking it's a simple adventure story. Others can read the tantrum of a retard and unlock the secrets of that retard's life.
>>152151644It's more about what's behind the words. You really hate my guts.
>>152149961Honestly, Pete's got his webs and him being reluctant to clock people because he's got enough muscles to take their head off, works.
>>152151660Do I? Or are you just another dumb anon who will disappear as soon as I click X? The king doesn't hate the jester, he just laughs at the way he continues to juggle. And then one day the king turns away and, for him, the jester no longer exists.
>>152151734You'll never do that because you can't quit. You're contrary by nature. You've stuck around this long, haven't you?
>>152151752Won't != can't. Eventually I'll close the tab and you'll cease to exist for me, and indeed for everyone save your depressed mother and the team of social workers assigned to wrangle you and fit you for new helmets. But in the meantime I enjoy calling you retarded in various ways, and watching you flail around in anger, projecting that anger onto others, and all because you were wrong and couldn't accept it. The wrong should always be tortured in this way. We'd live in a less gay and retarded world if they were.
>>152151836You are such a loser.
>>152151872No. Being a loser requires losing, something you've done throughout the thread and likely throughout your life. What I am is something you can never be, correct. And that's what you hate most.
>>152151897This type of response is why you're a loser.
>>152151951Being wrong like that is why you're an actual loser.
>>152151967>
>>152151974Words having failed you, you retreat to emojis and other forms of homosexuality. Sad. But expected.
>>152152091You're the expert in all forms of homosexuality. You even act like a woman.
>>152152143I'm certainly an expert in identifying homosexuals such as yourself. I'll give credit where it's due and acknowledge that you've developed expertise in homosexual acts that I don't and will never possess though. I can merely point at you and say "look, a homosexual", you can engage in it. So hat's off to you.As for acting like a woman, that's a projection from your earlier antics where, angry and embarrassed at being wrong, you attempted to appeal to a crowd for support. This sort of projection has characterized your behavior for the duration of this conversation.
>>152152185This conversation being me babysitting your hours long tantrum because I contradicted you over something trivial. Obsessing over me and spewing as much hatred as you possibly can while also trying to convince yourself and others that you don't really care for this long is a sign of a severe emotional problem. Maybe you should stop trying to analyze other people and analyze yourself. But if you did that, you're hollow self image would shatter and you'd kill yourself.
>I think you better watch your mouth... AND MINE!>Yaaaaaagghhhhhhhhhh!
>>152152300Everything you say is a total inversion of reality. It would be an impressive attempt to extricate yourself from embarrassment if I thought you had done it on purpose, but I know it's far more likely that you're simply struggling to grasp and understand the world around you. I'm sure the origins of this conversation have already escaped your context window.
>>152152369
>>152152394Indeed. Idiots always hate me for explaining their idiocy to them. Yet idiots they remain.
>>152152421Pathetically predictable response.
>>152152462Yes, when asked to describe you and your behaviors, "idiot" probably is very predictable indeed. It must be like asking people to describe snow and hearing "cold".
>>152149460Never. I love the X-Men and I watched the entire animated series, but it's a huge waste of potential, 97 could have been infinitely better.
>>152152524Faggot.
>>152152569I may be verbally raping you like a cellmate, but "faggot" is a word that should be reserved for actual homosexuality, i.e. yourself. You could also call yourself "queer", "gaywad", "anime watcher", and other synonyms for the same idea. In other words, you suck physical dicks, while I simply verbally piss on you.
>>152152639Ok.
>>152150176I actually liked the Spiderman cartoon but didn't care if I missed an episode. Yeah the WB toons were steps above. The subpar intros for those two shows sound even worse today. X-men takes the cake for the botched voice casting and direction. Other than Rogue's ass, the animation and designs were underwhelming. It doesn't make sense considering Jim Lee's hand in creating the look of that era. The show felt like that issue of Uncanny(278) by Paul Smith after Lee's departure to start on adjective-less X-men. Competent visual story telling from Smith but such a stark contrast to the high energy and dynamic feel that Lee brought to every panel. Unfortunately, Lee rested on his laurels and his art stagnated, plus he turned into yet another greedy company man. I was a huge X simp since middle school, so I had high expectations. Oh well, at least the girls at my high school got to know the characters via the cartoon. It's a head scratcher as an adult and now understanding the history of Sunbow/Marvel productions. They captured lightning in a bottle with both Transformers and GI Joe RAH.
>>152152687Concession accepted. In the future, save yourself some time and pain, and simply be correct.
>>152152730Jesus Christ, you're a creep. Try putting all of this wasted energy you have into finding a job. Maybe you'd be less of an angry bratty child that other people have to tolerate.
>>152152756I have a job. I work from home. I'm literally getting paid to call you a retard over and over. Meanwhile you're tarding around for love of stupidity. Isn't that sad?
>>152152788Sure you do, buddy.
>>152152807>gainful employment?>inconceivable!Your assumptions tell me a lot about you. Not that your progressively more embarrassing tard ravings at being wrong hadn't already given away the game.
>>152152689Detailed character designs are bad for animation.
>>152152852Nobody with a decent job acts the way you do or has the time to sperg out for hours like this.
>>152153011>Nobody with a decent job acts the way you doAnd yet here I am. This is a common pattern among retards, making declarations they have no real basis for and expecting them to carry weight. "Nobody in this group I've never been in or had any interaction with would EVER do thing!"No, the employed are people just like anyone else, and we enjoy calling you retard too. The only difference is we're smarter, and paid.
>>152150176Watch Nightcrawler's episodes, then the Morlock ones and tell me again how the writing is childish
>>152153131A Charlie Brown Christmas was also a pretty good kid's cartoon.
Running to janny for help, eh? Let me know how that goes.
>>152149509>just powered by nostalgiaso was stranger things>>152149460probably when there's less focus on wolverine, cyclops and jean grey
>>152152858Nope, the proof is in the cartoons that were animated in Japan and didn't rely on such constant reused animation like Filmation. The lack of detailed information about old cartoons is a shame. Regardles of one's stance, we have to try to stitch together the reasons for why things happened or didn't. Always eye opening when a new bit of information sheds new light on the past. Excerpt from an interview with Toei's CeoI heard that your interest in Transformers began with a commercial for "GIJoe: The Earth's Strongest Expert Team?A Marvel Comics employee based in Japan saw "Tiger Mask II," for which I was the chief director, and approached me about the project. I don’t think it was Gene Pelc. Pelc was the Marvel employee who served as the liaison for the TV series.Americans, accustomed only to traditional cartoons, were surprised by the dynamic action scenes in the comic-style "Tiger Mask II." The foundation of Japanese animation is to depict motion effectively with a small number of frames. They were amazed that we could achieve this every week on a limited budget. In 1983, we created a short commercial animation for the "GI Joe" toys, animating the toys themselves. The United States was astonished by the quality we achievedFeat of Clay part 1 from Batman TAS is amazing. TMS/Telecom absolutely crush part 1 on the conclusion. The characters are not off model but everything feels alive and cinematic. Jim Lee and Scott Williams started going overboard with their rendering starting with X-Men #1. Take away all their cross hatching and the John Byrne influenced greebles and one is left with basic cartoon models. Notice the restraint on this page from Uncanny 277, which is more like Mignola. Gambit looks creepy in #278 and the giant cowlick does him no favors.
>>152149460Krakoa and don't let any of the haters tell you different.
>>152155485>Nope, the proof is in the cartoons that were animated in Japan and didn't rely on such constant reused animation like Filmation.Anime is often animated at 8 frames per second and features a lot of scenes where nothing moves at all. That's the cost.X-Men TAS was animated b Akom who couldn't even handle BTAS's designs (they were so bad Timm fired them), it never had a chance. Spider-Man was handled by TMS who are normally great, but the designs weren't ideal for animation and they stretched themselves way too thin trying to do 13 episodes a season. They were able to achieve their previous high quality by doing fewer episodes of any given series.
>>152153094Not reading your bullshit. I've played your game long enough, and I'm getting sick and tired of it. I'm sick of leeches like you coming into my life online or irl and trying to tear me down for their own amusement. I know it's the internet and you can pretend like you don't care, but I'm seriously telling you, man to man, that I sincerely hope you get killed very soon. And I hope every second of agony lasts an eternity for you. You good for nothing bitch. Think about that as you lay in bed tonight. That there's someone out there that genuinely wants you to suffer and die. It's what you deserve anyway.
>>152155656wrong
>>152155656Not that universe, you cuck
>>152149961He's right. You have a meme opinion. Just let it go anon.
>>152157193That's decades-later cope. https://dcanimated.com/WF/sections/specials/spidermantas/interviews/interviews/richardson/>MAA: The show was harshly treated by Broadcast Standards and Practices. What effort went into creating an action show without any real violence? Do you believe it had an adverse effect on the overall quality of the show?>Richardson: I think we had a tougher time with BS&P because of the realistic design style that we decided to use for Spider-Man, as opposed to the more stylized Batman series. I was told by BS&P that Batman was a cartoonier show; therefore the restrictions were a little more liberal. Batman was also considered a period piece, because of the style, so they got away with fewer restrictions because it was felt that you were watching something from another era.>In addition, Batman started before an increased sensitivity to violence became more prevalent in children's TV. Also, FOX didn't have the magnifying glass on them like the other three major networks when they first started their big push into children's programming. But, eventually, everyone was affected by that new sensitivity.
>>152152362I love lines like this cuz I'm always imagining that at some point, every mutant must have been sitting in their room, writing down one-liners or catchphrases around their superpowers, and practicing them in the mirror.
>>152156014You can't tell me anything "man to man" because you aren't a man. You're a worm, beneath me, good only for mockery. All your impotent rage won't change what you are. You were and are wrong, and you'll live with that forever.
Wolverine is so cool
>>152149460Once that theme song starts.
