Warner has this strange mandate that doesn't allow T&J and other HB properties in the same room. I assume it's a branding issue.The only exception made so far was with this movie.

Turns out the villain was Nibbles in a costume trying to scare off Spike from trying to kick Tom and Jerry out of the haunted mansion.
