>>152161243Honestly it feels like Godzilla, especially in the Monsterverse, has the easy elements to be complex and emotive from what has been setup in past films alongside how there is subtle but noticeable expressiveness from him in the films but Wingard more so focuses on him as a more aggressive and anti-heroic supporting character with more emphasis on how much of a vicious and angry fighter he is. It honestly makes for an odd contrast to how much calmer and tolerant he was in 2014 and king of the monsters despite still obviously being violent to his foes but at the same time if they actually explored why the change in mood and character it could be interesting but I'm rambling and despite some rumours/hints we don't know to much about what Supernova will have besides the possibility of SpaceGodzilla.
