I can't say for sure about outside Attilan,back when that was the center of Inhumans, I vaguely remember everyone being about Medusa and her being the Perfect mate for someone like Black Bolt in appearance, intelligence and temperament. Natural born Queen material. But as I think of it Inhumans were pretty enamored with most of the royal family.
