Jiren the goddamn Gray. This guy... God, he's just such an amazing fucking character. Not only did he establish himself as the strongest character in the franchise WITHOUT asspulls and "muh friendship" powerups, but his mere existence and the observation of his actions and personality can teach deep lessons of philosophy and ethical nuance if one has the proper intellectual capacity and mental fortitude to embrace such lessons.No lie: since becoming a Jiren fanatic, my IQ has gone up an unprecedented 20 points. My friend is an English professor at an esteemed institute of wisdom and knowledge, and he deemed my incredible lexicon and masterful grasp of the English language astute enough for me to come in and guest lecture on a subject I could relate to the importance of the written word. Naturally, I chose Jiren the Gray. Tigress kung fu's the fuck out of puss. Crazy how far Puss has been powercrept. Shrek 2 he was a match for a gaggle of knights holding them off whie in last wish he's clowning onwhole groups of armed guys but there is still very little comparison. Tigress is the peer of tai lung and his 1000 rhino guard prison escape fight and she's probably grown in power since then.

Tigress has massively better stats in every other category though Puss is also no doubt at the very least the more clever fighter with his schemes and ploys compared to the textbooked rigidity of tigress's martial arts. I'm going to be a devil's advocate and say that since both can presumably one-shot the other(Tigress hits way above Puss's durability, Puss has the sword) so I might hesitantly give it to Puss for actually having theoretically better speed feats through some of the cartoony fencing and flashstepping(?) gags in the netflix show. Tigress 'should' dominate.
