I cant stand any love triangle bullshit, "will they wont they" crap, or any other type of pronged drawn out romance drama in cartoons because i just want to see the characters fuck already. It can be genuinely irritating to put off a romance for so long, i dropped star vs because they kept shitting the bed and not getting star and marco together for the longest time.

When the show jerks off itself over its own lore so hard it forgets what made it a good show. Adventure Time started this awful trend and it wrecked a lot of cartoons for a good decade. It's odd that Gumball and Teen Titans Go were the only ones sensible enough to not fall for the trap.

TOH also was like the only major lore show with a great finale to it as well.
